'Study(?)' is exploring and learning something new. The domain of knowledge.
'Practice(?)' is repeating what you've learned until it becomes your own. The domain of actionGoing forward, I suspect human value will depend heavily on the skills of practice.
Up to now, study is what largely determined a person's value.
School pedigree, educational attainment, major, and so on.
We placed enormous value on knowing a lot, but AI has made the value of owning knowledge plummet.
The domain of practice, though, isn't something a non-human can take from us.
A robot can jump higher and farther than a human, but that doesn't look beautiful.
Playing guitar, singing, doing parkour, climbing, playing poker.
Even if robots come to do music, sports, and gambling better than humans, the domain of practice will still be left to people.
Because people have a reason to do it and robots don't.
And because it's beautiful when a person does it.
